We only use traditional techniques and products

Using traditional earth pigments and high quality French polishes, we take our time to repair the damage and use our traditional artist skills passed down through our family to make the damage "disappear"  

We never subcontract out our work

Many spray finishing or restoration businesses can subcontract out their work, causing issues with responsibility or headaches in getting someone to "turn up" when the restoration work doesn't go to plan..

We work on every single restoration we provide from start to finish, and never subcontract to anyone else.

We maintain accountability  

Every one of our projects is worked on and visually passed by each restorer during our checkover phase, before finally being checked by myself - no matter the size of the project,  before being returned to our clients.

We believe in setting expectations from the start and will explain what we can and cannot do clearly and if we are unsure about anything we discuss this with you.

We will never upsell or try to add extra costs onto projects, if we think the work is something you can do yourself (and you fancy a go!) we will always try to make it clear and give advice on how this can be done.

A tale as old as time, is the tradesman who is booked in and doesnt turn up on the agreed day and time or communicate well with the customer.

If we book a visit, quote or delivery we will always be there, at the agreed date and time, and if we can’t attend for any reason you will know in advance-  we will arrange an alternate immediately or as soon as possible!
